The killer cop who shot dead two police officers on Wednesday last week, injuring one was arraigned in Kabarnet law courts today.
Mwangi Jackson is suspected to have killed two officers, namely Apc Gabriel kungu Njoroge, Apc Francis Ekeno and injuring Daniel kyalo Mutuku.
Appearing before Principal Magistrate Samson Temu, the investigating officer pleaded to be given 14 days to complete investigations.
At the same time Wilson Cherogony who is suspected to have killed Richard Chepkong’a Cheptirim who was a watchman at Moinonin primary school in Baringo North on Friday night was arraigned in the same court today.
Cherogony who is a boda boda operator is suspected to have killed the deceased using an illegal firearm, however he denied the charges labelled against him.
The police investigating the case asked the court to be given 14 days to give room for more investigations.
The two are set to appear before the court on 11th July 2017.
