The government will be stricter in administering this year KCPE and KCSE examinations, Dr. Belio Kipsang has said.
“There will be no room for access to leaked examinations,” Kipsang restated.
He spelt out government commitment to ensuring the integrity and credibility of the national examinations when he toured Musingu, St. Peters Boys High School and St. Mary’s Girls High Schools in Kakamega County.
He urged students in the three schools to work hard, saying consistency in peak performance in examinations, as in athletics was a product of hard work.
He said an independent team of structural engineers would re-assesse a dormitory at Musingu Boys High School which had been condemned.
He advised the Board of Management of the School to be strategic in their planning, saying they should optimize on the resources at their disposal.
