The season opener KCB Autocross 1takes place today at TJRV track in Mai mahiu Naivasha 27 drivers are competing on today‘s event aiming for the first season victory that will pay a key role in championship standings .

The greatest rivalry will be in the 4wd turbo in a field that has attracted defending champion Rehan Shah ,Macrae Kimathi and Sahib Omar.
The outing has introduced an open class that allows drivers to have some changes on their engines . Legendary Asad Anwar is facing stiff competition from his son Hamza Anwar,Alfir Khan, Kirit Rajput, Shalien Mughal and Imran Akada.

2wd turbo action has attracted Deep Patel, Kunal Patel,Shaz Esmail among other drivers .
19 year old Hamza Anwar will also be featuring in the 2wd Non Turbo facing off with Safina Khan and Zameer Nanji.
Drivers will compete on a 2.3kms track in practice lap followed by 4 heats ahead of the prize giving ceremony later in the evening.
Bambino class has entries from Tsevi Soni, Yuvraj Rajput and Tsorav Soni 2hile Rajveer Thethy will be competing in the junior 2wd Non Turbo.
