Nairobi, Kenya – 8th January 2018… Safaricom launched an 11-week consumer promotion on 8th January dubbed Shinda Mamili na Tunukiwa that aims to award over 5 million customers with a prize fund of over 300 million shillings.
“The Safaricom consumer promotion has been launched in the Twaweza spirit in a bid to unite and reward all Kenyans who have been loyal customers of the Safaricom network. 2017 was a tough year, and we look forward to putting a smile on someone’s face this year.” Said Sylvia Mulinge- Safaricom Head of Consumer Business Unit
The campaign will be run on a Regional level with daily, weekly and grand draw prizes to be won.
The prizes include 8 grand draw winners of 2M per region, 80 winners of 0.5M weekly per region, 400 motorcycles, 1,200 School Fees vouchers, 2,000 Neon Smartphones.
Customers will also be awarded cash prizes and airtime every time they purchase a Tunukiwa offer on *444#. Awards will be based on validity of Tunukiwa offer purchased.
The promotion is open to both post pay & prepay customers and will end on 26th March 2018.
