Paul Put Resigns As Harambee Stars Head Coach

Paul Put resigned as the head coach of Harambee Stars on Monday citing ‘personal reasons’, barely three months into the job.

The former Gambia and Burkina Faso boss led Kenya to the 2017 Cecafa Senior Challenge Cup title in his first assignment in charge and his abrupt exit was confirmed by Football Kenya Federation (FKF).

His predecessor and former Kariobangi Sharks FC and Mathare United FC head coach, Stanley Okumbi, takes over the role as the federation seeks to fill in the position.
