Nairobi high court on Monday,February, 26 upheld the election of Starehe member of parliament Charles Kanyi Njaguar alias Jaguar.

In the petition, Mbogo through his lawyer Anthony Oluoch had asked the court to nullify the parliamentary election and further declare Jaguar’s win invalid.

Mbogo also claimed that some voters’ names were not in the KIEM’s kit and this he told the court could have found their way into legislator’s ballot.
