KCB clinch first one of the season.

KCB clinched their first win of the season against AFC Leopards on Saturday afternoon at the Afraha Stadium with a nervy win against their opponents.

Kennedy Owino clinched the winner for the bankers after relentless pressure in the final third and in the 38th minute.

AFC Leopards and Mukangula came close with a left-footed strike from outside the area but it went inches over the KCB goal.

The second half deemed more under control with both teams being more careful with the ball, holding on to possession With more certainty.

There was late drama at the Afraha stadium as AFC pushed everything and everyone forward but it was too no avail as the bankers saw out their first win of the season to move closer to safety.

Coach Frank Ouna had nothing but praise for the boys as they clinched their first win of the season.

“The only way is up now, and we look forward to carrying on with this positive result,” Coach Ouna said.

The bankers take on Vihiga FC next weekend at the Machakos Stadium.
