Nairobi, 11th April, 2019 – The Alliance High School Old Boys Club (AHSOBC) has signed an agreement with BimaNet, Kenya’s first insurance aggregator to help raise funds for its Endowment Fund.
With a network of over 10,000 members, all business generated through BimaNet’s Linda Fanaka ‘5 in 1’ life insurance package triggers a percentage donation to the Endowment Fund.
The Endowment Fund aims to raise Kshs. 6.5 Billion by 2025 to fund scholarships for deserving students from financially challenged backgrounds as well as the improvement and maintenance of the school’s infrastructure.
BimaNet Kenya is licensed to aggregate lives so that individuals, SMEs, consultants and sole proprietors can access Group Life Insurance cover at group rates, which are normally lower.
Speaking during the 1st cheque handover, Mr. Daniel Ndonye, the Chairman of the AHSEFT said, “We are excited about pursuing a sustainable model of raising funds through the BimaNet platform and we look forward to achieving our big mission even sooner than expected”.
