Kenya records highest number of COVID19 cases in two months

Kenya on Wednesday recorded the highest number of COVID19 cases after 604 people tested positive from a sample size of 5832 in a period of 24 hours.

The latest number now brings the country’s tally to 42541.

Out of the latest cases, 583 are Kenyans and 21 are foreigners while 400 are males and 204 females.

As per counties, the cases were distributed as follows; Nairobi (125), Nakuru (113), Uasin Gishu (33), Trans Nzoia (25), Nandi (13), West Pokot (5), Narok (2), Laikipia (3), Mombasa (87), Busia (35), Kiambu (25), Kisii (24), Kisumu (24), Kajiado (16).
