With only three days to the Kamukunji By-elections, candidates are running eleventh hour campaigns to woo voters in the Thursday poll.
The Prime Minister Raila Odinga joined the campaign trail to campaign for ODM's
Ibrahim Ahmed alias (Johny.)
The premier has called on the Somali Clan living in Kamkunji Constituency to shun clanism and elect a leader who will represent them well in parliament.
The PM promised them that the dilapidated state of the roads in the area and the issue of water will soon be an issue of the past since KURA (Kenya Urban Roads Authority) had already advertised in the newspaper the repair work to start.
The Premier also said that ODM was the only party that had a national outlook and outlined the four major issues that the party is fighting against, namely; eradication of poverty, sickness, poor leadership and illetracy.
He was accompanied by Ministers, Mohamed Elmi, Paul Otwoma, Fred Gumo, Asst. Ministers Bishop Margaret Wanjiru, Mahamoud MP's Rachael Shebesh, Nairobi Mayor George Aladwa and former mayor Geoffrey Majiwa among others.
