Kenya has received 250 tickets for the 2010 World Cup scheduled for next month in South Africa.
Football Kenya vice chairman Titus Kasuve on Monday announced that the 250 world cup tickets will be sold at the FKL headquarters Kandanda House in Kasarani on first come –first serve basis starting this Wednesday.
The available tickets are for the opening match between South Africa and Mexico which has 10 tickets each going for 495 US dollars.
The subsequent games after the opening match will cost one 176 US dollars, the semi finals have its tickets going for 660 US Dollars with the 2010 FIFA World Cup finals to be decided in the Soccer City Stadium in Johannesburg will go for 990 US Dolllars.
Kasuve promised that there would be no favourism in tickets allocation unlike in the past where few individuals were allocated tickets leaving genuine soccer fans unable to them.
Travel and accomodation to South Africa facilitated by the ENCO Communications headed by Esther Nyaruai Ndegwa who will have a desk at the Kandanda house.
