CCM working on a post-poll pact with Jubilee party

Former Bomet Governor Isaac Ruto and Chama Cha Mashinani party leader is set to enter into a post-election pact with the ruling Jubilee Party.

The party through a tweet by CCM party chairperson Mohammed Gulei said that the party’s National Executive Committee had agreed on a post-poll agreement ahead of the 2022 elections.

He indicated that the pact will soon be deposited with the registrar of political parties after formal signing.
Guleid said both political parties are in talks on how to form a coalition which he said is based on mutual interest and Kenya’s social-economic development.
